Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the CureCell Compounding Pharmacy website, mobile platforms, or any services provided by CureCell Compounding Pharmacy (“CureCell”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About CureCell Compounding Pharmacy

CureCell Compounding Pharmacy specializes in the preparation and dispensing of customized medications pursuant to valid prescriptions issued by licensed healthcare professionals.

All compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients and are subject to applicable UAE healthcare regulations.

2. Prescription Requirements

  • Certain products and services offered by CureCell require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all prescription information submitted is accurate, complete, and valid.
  • CureCell reserves the right to verify prescriptions with the prescribing healthcare provider before processing an order.
  • CureCell may refuse to dispense any medication where required by law, professional judgment, regulatory requirements, or patient safety considerations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

  • Information provided on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
  • Customers should always consult their physician, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment.
  • CureCell does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes from any compounded medication.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to review, verification, and acceptance by CureCell.
  • CureCell reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
  • Orders are not considered accepted until prescription verification, payment confirmation (where applicable), and final approval by CureCell.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment may be required before preparation and dispatch of compounded medications.
  • CureCell reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies.

6. Delivery and Collection

Delivery Services

  • Delivery services are available only in locations serviced by CureCell.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to prescription verification requirements, compounding processes, regulatory checks, weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
  • Customers must be available to receive deliveries where required.
  • Certain medications may require special storage or temperature-controlled delivery conditions.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or failure to respond, CureCell may reschedule delivery and may apply additional delivery charges where applicable.

7. Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy

All compounded medications are custom-prepared specifically for individual patients.

Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled before the compounding process has commenced.
  • Once compounding has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns and Refunds

The following items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:

  • Compounded medications
  • Customized pharmaceutical preparations
  • Prescription medications
  • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
  • Perishable healthcare products
  • Opened or used products

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only where:

  • An incorrect product was supplied by CureCell
  • A product was damaged during delivery
  • A verified preparation or dispensing error occurred

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable UAE laws.

8. Product Information

  • CureCell makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Actual packaging, appearance, ingredients, or formulation details may vary where permitted by law or manufacturer updates.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the CureCell website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, designs, and trademarks, is the property of CureCell or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Upload forged or altered prescriptions
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with website functionality or security

CureCell reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal and health information is governed by CureCell’s Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • CureCell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • CureCell shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • CureCell’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by UAE law.

13. Regulatory Compliance

CureCell operates in accordance with applicable UAE healthcare, pharmacy, and regulatory requirements.

Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws relating to prescriptions, medications, and healthcare products.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

CureCell reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
