Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

A. General Policy

In CureCell Compounding Pharmacy, this Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy explains how we handle order cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges for compounded medications and healthcare products. We prepare every compounded medication according to each patient’s specific prescription and treatment requirements. Because we create these medications on an individualized basis and prioritize patient safety, we consider all sales final.

B. Cancellation of Orders

  • You may cancel your order only before we begin compounding or preparing the medication.

  • Once we start the compounding process, we cannot cancel, modify, exchange, or refund the order.

  • CureCell reserves the right to determine whether the preparation process has begun.

C. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following products:

  • All compounded medications (sterile and non-sterile)

  • Customized pharmaceutical preparations

  • Prescription medications

  • Hormone preparations

  • Temperature-sensitive products

  • Refrigerated products

  • Perishable healthcare products

  • Opened or used products

  • Any item prepared specifically for a patient, healthcare facility, clinic, or veterinarian

To maintain patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept medications once they leave our pharmacy.

D. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Report any damaged products, incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns to CureCell Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

  • Our Quality Assurance Team will investigate all reported issues.

  • If we confirm an error during preparation, dispensing, or delivery, we may, at our sole discretion:

    • Replace the product; or

    • Issue a refund through the original payment method.

E. Quality Assurance

  • We subject all compounded medications to strict quality control procedures before release.

  • We maintain the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and compliance in accordance with applicable UAE healthcare regulations.

  • We do not provide replacements or refunds for products that have been improperly stored, mishandled, or altered after delivery.

F. Prescription Changes

  • If a prescribing physician changes or discontinues a prescription after we compound the medication, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • We encourage patients to confirm their treatment plans with their healthcare provider before placing an order.

G. Refund Processing (Exceptional Cases Only)

  • We process approved refunds through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

H. Rights & Disclaimers

  • CureCell Compounding Pharmacy reserves the right to reject any refund, return, exchange, or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.

  • We maintain this policy to protect patient safety, preserve product integrity, and comply with pharmaceutical regulations governing compounded medications.

  • We may update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
